Frankfurt Book Fair

Frankfurt Book Fair is scheduled to start from October 10th to October 14th, 2007 in Frankfurt, Germany. From Wednesday to Friday the Fair is restricted only for trade visitors where Weekend(i.e. Saturday & Sunday) is for general public.

More than seven thousand exhibitors from 113 Countries took part in 2006 Frankfurt Book Fair. Around 2.86 lacs visitors came in the span of five days. Approx 11,000 journalists from 66 countries were there for complete coverage. Frankfurt Book Fair is one of the World's largest business centre for publishing rights and licenses.

Guest of Honour of 2007 Frankfurt Book Fair is 'The Catalan Culture'. Catalan is a language in Catalonia. Catalonia is in the north eastern lberian peninsula. It has the total population of 6 million inhabitants. Catalan Culture is lighted with 160 cultural and literary events.
