Mumbai Indians vs. Delhi Daredevils
9th Match of Indian Premier League(IPL) 2010 season is won by Mumbai Indians beating Delhi Daredevils by 98 runs.
Earlier playing at their home ground, Delhi Daredevils won the toss and elected to feild first. Decision proves costly to them, as Mumbai Indians starts scoring at an economy rate of over 10 runs. Sachin made his 50 in just 23 balls with 9 boundries. Sachin gets equal support from Saurahb Tiwary(61 runs of 37 balls). A quick fire 34 runs in 21 balls by Rayudu helps Mumbai Indian to reach at a score of 218 runs with an asking rate of over 10 runs for Daredevils.
Chasing huge total Delhi Daredevils looses wickets at regular interval of time. Even Sehwag made just 26 runs. Whole teams bundled out for 120 runs in 16.3 overs and loose the match by 98 runs.
Man of the Match
Sachin Tendulkar of Mumbai Indians were declared Man of the Match for his cracking knock of 63 runs of just 32 deliveries including 11 boundries at an strike rate of 196.87.
