Boxing at XIX Commonwealth Games 2010

Boxing event was included in 1930 Commonwealth Games at Hamilton. Since then boxing event included as men's specific event. Boxing event will be played at Talkatora Indoor Stadium. Boxing Sport Event will be played in 11 different categories i.e. 48 kg, 51 kg, 54 kg, 57 kg, 60 kg, 64 kg, 69 kg, 75 kg, 81 kg, 91 kg and 91 kg plus. Total 30 medals are reserved for Boxing Event including 10 Gold, 10 Silver and 10 Bronze respectively.

Maximum entry per CGA: One athlete for each Weight Category from a CGA.
